Deepen Your Connection
Congrats on your introduction to Reiki with level 1, and wanting to deepen your journey with this amazing healing energy.
With Level 2, the energy clearing moves to the emotional level. Level 2 Reiki deepens your connection to the energy system. You learn how to focus it for specific purposes. This often leads to emotional changes.
Students find they can move past limiting beliefs. They are able to process their feelings in a healthier way.
The daily practice is still important and it is encouraged to keep your self-practice up. Especially when you start expanding to doing Reiki professionally for others. It is important that you keep up your self-care and inner work.
Your Reiki Attunement
Energy is not bound by time and space. Because of this, Reiki has always been sent remotely in addition to in-person. Both methods are equally effective.
An attunement is like an initiation.
The master connects to the Reiki source, and uses Reiki Symbols to connect you to the source of Reiki. It means you are now able to channel Reiki to yourself and others when desired. During the Attunements your Chakras open, and can release blockages. A Reiki attunement can feel like a Reiki session, but more intense. Maybe you will feel emotional during or after the attunement. You may see colors, memories can arise, or maybe you simply feel at peace. You may also not notice much other than a peaceful feeling.
Whatever your experience, major shifts are happening. Continue to journal and notice how life shifts for you in small ways. Being intentional about what you want and don't want can make huge changes on its own. You saying, "Yes" to Reiki is an intention, as well. You are accepting higher vibrations and to be a vessel for healing energy... that's BIG!

A Little About Me...
Stephanie is a trained and certified Reiki Master and Teacher. She lives in the foothills of Western North Carolina with two kiddos.
She has followed the path of holistic healing for 7+ years and continues to deepen her knowledge and understanding of quantum healing and shamanism. She co-hosts women's retreats and enjoys holding space for others to heal.
